$2.1 Million for Passenger Injured in Crash of Small Plane Near Midway

Corboy & Demetrio obtained a settlement of $2.1 million for a man who sustained severe burns to over 25% of his body when a small plane, manufactured by Piper, crashed into an industrial building within four minutes of take off from Midway Airport in 1977. The case was settled in 1985.
