$5.25 Million Settlement for Flight Attendant Killed in Wheeling Plane Crash
Corboy & Demetrio obtained a settlement in the death of a flight attendant who was killed in the crash of a corporate plane near Wheeling's airport. The lawsuit was filed against Alberto-Culver, Inc. and Aon Corporation, companies that each provided pilots for the flight. The case was settled after opening statements in the trial.
