Trial Journal: Navigating Section 41 - CTA Notice Requirement

Dan Kirschner has been a trial lawyer at the Chicago personal injury and medical malpractice law firm of Corboy & Demetrio since 1988 and has represented numerous victims in their lawsuits against the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA). One very important aspect of  those cases is the CTA notice requirement of Section 41 of the Metropolitan Transit Authority Act, which limits the rights of CTA bus and train accident victims. Drawing on his vast experience in the area of CTA lawsuits, Dan authored an article on the subject of  the CTA notice requirement, "Navigating Section 41 Notice Requirement," which was published in the Trial Journal of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.
