Thomas Demetrio Named One of America’s 50 Most Influential Trial Lawyers

  

The preeminent organization, The National Trial Lawyers, has selected Corboy & Demetrio Co-founder Thomas A. Demetrio as one of America’s 50 Most Influential Lawyers.  The National Trial Lawyers is by invitation only and made to lawyers who have demonstrated “superior leadership, reputation, influence and stature in the legal community.”

Tom is the only Chicago lawyer on the list, comprised of both civil and criminal lawyers.  Candidates were selected from nominations of readers of the organization’s magazine, Trial Lawyers.  Each lawyer was evaluated for his/her professional achievements, trial results, and the ability to effect change in the legal community.

Tom was honored yesterday at The National Trial Lawyers Annual Summit luncheon in Miami, where Joe Montana was the featured speaker. 

Just last month, Tom was named the #1 Super Lawyer in Illinois for 2017, ranking first out of more than 93,000 attorneys in the state.
