$1.2M Settlement in Child's Drowning in Park District Camp
Corboy & Demetrio obtained a settlement of $1.2 million on behalf of the family of a 5-year-old boy who drowned in a Village of Prospect Heights Park District pool in 1997. The boy was in the care of camp counselors in the park district's Big Tot camp program when he drowned.
