$2.5 Million Settlement in Bike Path Injury Case
Corboy & Demetrio obtained a $2.5 million settlement for a 49-year-old Palos Heights woman, on the third day of trial, for negligent maintenance of a bike path. While she was riding on a bicycle path, her pedal hit a stop block in the middle of the path and she landed on her head, breaking her neck.
