$3 Million Settlement obtained for Suburban Chicago Pedestrian Struck by Teen Driver

Corboy & Demetrio Partners Philip Corboy, Jr., and Michelle Kohut obtained a 2026 settlement on behalf of a 56-year-old pedestrian who was in the crosswalk and was struck by a teenage driver.  She suffered a torn rotator cuff and a resolved subdural hematoma.
