$7.7 Million for Driver who was Injured when Struck by another Vehicle who Failed to Stop for Red Light

Corboy & Demetrio obtained a confidential settlement of $7.7 Million for a driver who was struck by another vehicle that failed to stop at a red light.  The plaintiff declined medical treatment at the crash scene but later alleged that he discovered injuries to his pacemaker, shoulders, knees, and cervical spine. The defendant driver was operating the vehicle through his employment with a corporate defendant.
