$1.1 Million in Fall of Construction Worker at Chicago Skyway Bridge Project

Corboy & Demetrio obtained a $1.1 million settlement against a consulting engineering company in the death of a construction worker who died when he fell 50 feet from a construction site at the Chicago Skyway Bridge Project.  The family was precluded from recovering any amount from the man's employer due to workmen's compensation laws.
