$1 Million settlement in Dekalb County Wrongful Death

Corboy & Demetrio obtained a settlement of $1 million, one of the largest wrongful death settlements in Dekalb County, at the time, in a medical malpractice case. The plaintiffs are parents of a newborn who was delivered using forceps and who suffered a skull fracture and died a few hours later as a result.
