$3.5 Million Settlement for Patient with Feeding Tube Incorrectly Inserted

Corboy & Demetrio obtained a settlement of $3.5 million on behalf of the estate of a 64-year-old artist who died as a result of being force fed through a feeding tube that was incorrectly inserted in her lung instead of her stomach.
