$1.38 Million Kane County Auto Accident Settlement

On November 10, 2006, at approximately 9:00 p.m., a 40 year-old man was traveling westbound on Industrial Drive in Hampshire, Kane County, Illinois. As he was approaching the intersection of Rowell Road, the defendant, Dale J. Sester, was traveling eastbound on Industrial Drive and crossed into the westbound lane of travel. The plaintiff attempted to avoid the accident by moving onto the right shoulder but was hit by Sester’s car and suffered neck and shoulder nerve injuries, requiring surgery.
