Corboy & Demetrio Hosts Thanksgiving Food Drive to Support Chicago Food Bank’s COVID-19 Response
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to create hardship on Chicago area families, Corboy & Demetrio remains dedicated to help ensure that our communities’ most vulnerable residents are fed during the COVID-19 pandemic, especially now at Thanksgiving.
Our firm’s virtual food drive, “Corboy & Demetrio Cares – 2020,” is part of the Greater Chicago Food Depository’s COVID-19 Response and can be found here.
The Food Depository’s COVID-19 efforts are making an immediate difference in the fight against hunger in our communities that are facing unprecedented challenges, and we are proud to support their effort. The Depository’s virtual food drive allow donations for specific food items online ensuring the safety of all during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Every dollar that is donated helps The Greater Chicago Food Depository to provide three meals.
To date, the firm has donated more than 16,000 thousand pounds of food, which translates to more than 13,000 meals to feed those in our communities who are living with insufficient food supplies.
