Corboy & Demetrio earns National Ranking by Best Law Firms for 2025
Corboy & Demetrio has been selected to the 2025 edition of “Best Law Firms,” receiving a National Tier 1 ranking in plaintiffs’ Mass Tort Litigation/Class Actions. It’s the third year in a row the firm has attained a national ranking by U.S. News – Best Lawyers® “Best Law Firms.” The firm also received the highest ranking possible in the categories of plaintiffs’ Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice for 2025.

Corboy & Demetrio’s mass tort record of success includes confidential settlements for dozens of families harmed by a chemical spill in Illinois and for more than 60 families harmed by the malfunction of a sperm cryopreservation tank. It also includes the successful representation of more than 100 retired professional athletes, as well as the families of deceased athletes, for their concussive brain injuries.
The firm currently represents more than 70 firefighters who have cancer and other illnesses after exposure to the dangerous and toxic group of chemicals, known as PFAS, and are potentially linked to firefighters' turnout gear.
