Corboy & Demetrio Obtains $1 Million Settlement for Homeowner Injured When Deck Collapses

A $1 million settlement was obtained by Corboy & Demetrio attorney Francis Patrick Murphy for a homeowner who suffered a compound fracture of her ankle when she stepped onto her deck and it collapsed. As she lay on the ground, the homeowner’s daughter also fell off the deck but was caught by her mother with one hand before hitting the ground. Read our press release here.
