Attorney Kenneth Lumb, a medical malpractice lawyer at Corboy & Demetrio, secured a $2.75 million settlement with Lutheran General Hospital. The lawsuit was brought on behalf of the family of a 59 year-old man who died after being treated at the Hospital for a head injury from a fall.
