Five Corboy & Demetrio Attorneys Named to Best Lawyers in America - 2014 Edition
Five partners at Corboy & Demetrio have been named to Best Lawyers in America – 2014 Edition. The Chicago law firm’s founding partner Thomas A. Demetrio was chosen for the 25th consecutive year, since the inception of Best Lawyers in America. Corboy & Demetrio partners David R. “Chip” Barry, Jr., Philip Harnett “Flip” Corboy, Jr., Michael K. Demetrio and Rene A. Torrado, Jr. were also named to the list.
Thomas Demetrio, Philip Corboy, Jr. and Michael Demetrio were selected in the category of Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs. Rene Torrado was selected in the category of Commercial Litigation. David Barry, Jr. was selected in the category of Medical Malpractice – Plaintiffs.
In addition, David R. Barry, Jr. was named Medical Malpractice Lawyer of the Year – in Chicago for 2014. This is the second time a lawyer at Corboy & Demetrio was selected for that elite designation. Thomas Demetrio was named Medical Malpractice Lawyer of the Year in 2011 by Best Lawyers in America.
