Dan Kirschner Featured on NBC, Channel 5 News, Regarding CTA Notice Requirements for Lawsuits

Dan Kirschner has been a trial lawyer at Corboy & Demetrio since 1998 and represents plaintiffs in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death litigation. Dan was recently featured on NBC, Channel 5 News, discussing Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) bus and train accidents and the legal notice required under Section 41 of the Metropolitan Transit Authority Act. It’s a  law that "doesn’t protect the rights of victims,” said Kirschner. Dan has represented numerous victims in CTA lawsuits and has authored an article on Section 41 entitled, “Navigating Section 41 Notice Requirement,” which was published in Trial Journal of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.
