David Barry Secures $3.8 Million Settlement for Boy Blinded in One Eye

A 6 year-old, who went to the University of Chicago Hospital for a recurring bloody nose, received an embolization procedure which was done to stop the blood flow in his nose. Unfortunately, the procedure was performed improperly and the boy lost vision in one eye. David Barry, Jr. represented the family in the $3.8 million settlement with the Hospital.
The Chicago Daily Law Bulletin reported on the $3.8 million settlement secured by David R. Barry, Jr. on behalf of his client, a young boy, who lost vision in one eye after being treated for a bloody nose.
