Kenneth Lumb, an attorney at the Chicago personal injury law firm of Corboy & Demetrio, will be a featured speaker at the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association’s “Ethics & Professionalism Seminar” at the Oak Brook Hills Marriott Resort, on Saturday, April 30, 2011.  The seminar, produced for lawyers, will provide information on professional responsibility, bad-faith arguments and legal ethics.  Lumb will be discussing ethical issues in settlement.
