Attorney Kirschner Featured Speaker at Illinois Trial Lawyers Association Seminar
Daniel Kirschner, a Chicago personal injury lawyer at the law firm of Corboy & Demetrio, was a featured speaker at the “Update & Review Seminar” sponsored by the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, on Monday, October 12, 2009 at the Westin Michigan Avenue hotel in Chicago, Illinois. During the program, Kirschner discussed practical techniques and effective strategies for handling liens and settlements. The Seminar, produced for attorneys, also included presentations on Medicare, mass torts, construction negligence, product liability, jury selection and other topics of interest to trial attorneys.

In 2003, Kirschner was named by the Law Bulletin Publishing Company, which publishes the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin and Chicago Lawyer magazine, to its list of the "40 Under 40 Attorneys to Watch in Illinois." At age 31, he was the youngest of the 40 recipients. That same year, he received the Young Alumnus Award from the Chicago-Kent Law School Association and he currently serves as a member of the Chicago-Kent Alumni Board of Directors.
