Record-Setting $6.6 Million Verdict in Nebraska Crash Reported

The Chicago Daily Law Bulletin, in an article entitled "Lawyer Gets Second Chance at Justice for Family," reports on the $6.6 million Federal Court verdict in favor of a Lisle man in a case resulting from a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 80 in Nebraska which was tried twice by partners Michael K. Demetrio and Robert J. Bingle. It is the largest verdict of its kind in a civil case by a Federal District Court jury in Omaha, Nebraska.
