2005 Metra Train Derailment Litigation

Corboy & Demetrio was appointed lead counsel for all of the train passengers injured or killed in the 2005 Metra train derailment in Chicago.  Our firm represented 36 victims, including the only two death cases from the crash. In the one case that went to trial, the plaintiff was awarded $29.6 million - a record-setting verdict.
