Loss of Arm Results in $2.9 Million Settlement

A California resident, who lost his left arm in a collision that occurred on Interstate 80 near Peru, Illinois, settled his case for $2.9 million. He was represented by attorney Robert Bingle. While driving his Toyota Tundra to Montreal to visit his sister, the plaintiff was stopped in traffic when a truck failed to stop and rear-ended his vehicle. The force of the impact caused the plaintiff’s Toyota to be catapulted to the side of the roadway and to flip over, mangling his arm between the car and the highway barrier.
