$1 Million Settlement in Medical Malpractice Case

Corboy & Demetrio obtained a settlement of $1 million on behalf of the estate of a 52-year-old computer programmer who went to the emergency room at Roseland Community Hospital with complaints of acute onset of chest pain but whose chest x-ray was either not read or misread. The man died of an aortic dissection.
