In the first known lawsuit and settlement under the new "Social Host" law, attorneys Michael Demetrio and Edward Willer recovered over $1.8 million on behalf of their client. The settlement was featured in the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin, Chicago Tribune, Chicago Sun Times and on WBBM Newsradio 780.
