Soccer Goal Wrongful Death Lawsuit Settled

A wrongful death lawsuit filed by the family of a  10 year-old boy killed when a  portable soccer goal fell over and struck him has settled for $1.5 million.  In addition to the monetary settlement, the defendants agreed to take action to prevent future death or injury from the use of the goals.
