$29.6 Million for Chicago Metra Crash Passenger

A Cook County jury awarded a record $29.6 million to a passenger who suffered a traumatic brain injury when a Chicago Metra train crashed and derailed after entering a track crossover at 69 miles per hour (mph) instead of the posted 10 mph.
