$2 Million Settlement for Patient Injured During Back Surgery

Corboy & Demetrio obtained a settlement of $2 million against the University of Chicago on behalf of a patient who suffered two drop feet and a neurological pain syndrome after back surgery.  An implant placed during surgery was pressing on a lumbar nerve root.
