The Fallacies of Opening Statement

Daniel Kotin, a personal injury and wrongful death lawyer at the Chicago law firm of Corboy & Demetrio, contributed a webcast, "The Fallacies of Opening Statement," to the Webcast Center of the Chicago Bar Association for its program, "Practice Pointers." Dan was one of only five attorneys to make a presentation for the program. The webcast is available to all members of the Chicago Bar Association as part of the Bar's effort to provide continuing legal education to lawyers.
