Kirschner Featured Speaker at Illinois Trial Lawyers Association Seminar

Daniel S. Kirschner, a trial lawyer at the law firm of Corboy & Demetrio, will be a featured speaker at the “Liens and Settlements” seminar sponsored by the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association on April 5, 2008, at the Westin Michigan Avenue Hotel in Chicago, Illinois.

Kirschner will be discussing subrogation and healthcare liens. He will be joined by several other prominent attorneys from Chicago, as well as Judge Kathy Flanagan. Other topics include ethical issues for settlement, mediation and arbitration, structured settlements and worker’s compensation liens.

The program, which offers 3.25 hours of continuing legal education credit, will be held from 8 a.m. to 1:10 p.m.
