Kotin Featured Speaker at Legal Seminar

Daniel M. Kotin, a partner and trial attorney at the law firm of Corboy & Demetrio, will be a featured speaker at the “Taking and Defending Effective Depositions in Illinois” seminar sponsored by Lorman Education Services in Naperville, Illinois on August 14, 2008. During this program, Kotin will discuss deposition preparation and techniques, deposing adverse witnesses, eliciting opinions from witnesses and the difference between evidence depositions and discovery depositions. The Seminar, produced for attorneys, will provide practical techniques and effective strategies for taking depositions.
