Irish Media Interview Corboy & Demetrio Attorneys about Fatal Berkeley Balcony Collapse

June 29, 2015

Corboy & Demetrio attorneys Thomas Demetrio and Francis Patrick Murphy appear in a story in the Irish Daily Mail about potential litigation in the fatal Berkeley balcony collapse.  The June 25th article features interviews with Demetrio and Murphy who are nationally known for their balcony and porch collapse settlements and verdicts, including a $16.6 global settlement in the Lincoln Park porch collapse in 2003 for the 14 victims and their family members - the largest number of victims represented by one law firm.

Demetrio told the Irish Daily Mail that facts support liability in the situation of the Berkeley collapse, and Murphy said the victims of the Berkeley collapse and family members could potentially receive millions of dollars in damages if they filed a lawsuit against the contractor, developer and owner of the building.
