$1.25 Million Settlement for Family of Child who Suffered Stroke Prior to Birth

A $1.25 million settlement, negotiated by Barry Chafetz, Margaret Power and Michelle Kohut, for the family of a baby who suffered a stroke prior to her birth, was reported in the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin.
