$1.25 Million Settlement for Injured CTA Blue Line Passenger

Daniel Kotin appeared on television and was quoted in several newspapers, including the Chicago Tribune, on the $1.25 million settlement he and Daniel Kirschner secured for an injured CTA Blue Line passenger. This is the first settlement of the more than 60 cases the firm of Corboy & Demetrio is handling in the CTA Blue Line litigation. Kotin and Kirschner, have been appointed Lead Counsel by the Circuit Court of Cook County for the claims filed on behalf of Blue Line victims.
