Worker Killed Driving Asphalt Machine

While driving a asphalt grinding machine to repave a parking lot, a 28 year-old man began refueling the machine when an explosion occurred engulfing the young man in flames. He suffered 2^nd and 3^rd degree burns over 63% of his body and five days later passed away. Corboy & Demetrio is representing his estate against the manufacturer of the machine.
