Doctor Fails to Properly Diagnose or Treat Cancer
A 40 year-old woman presented to a hospital after a positive TB test to seek a chest x-ray. Had the x-ray been interpreted correctly when the tumor had been 3 cm, her prognosis would be much more positive.
