Wheelchair Dialysis Passenger in Transport Bus Injured

A dialysis patient, in a wheelchair riding home from treatment in a transport bus, was seriously injured when the driver, who had not secured the patient to the wheelchair, suddenly stopped, throwing the patient to the floor of the vehicle. Corboy & Demetrio represents the patient in his lawsuit against the driver and the owner of the bus company.
