Mother and Uncle Drown In Kankakee River

While a large extended family enjoyed a picnic by the Kankakee River, a 4 year-old relative wandered into the River and was quickly pulled underwater by the turbulent current. The young boy survived but his mother and uncle, who jumped into the River to save the boy, drowned. Corboy & Demetrio represents the surviving families in their lawsuit against the Park District.
